Terms of Service

plimo is a personal nutrition and body-tracking tool. You can log weight, body metrics, meals, workouts, and notes, and see progress over time. plimo can also generate AI-based feedback from the data you enter.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, including weight, food, macros, and notes. plimo cannot verify whether your inputs are correct, and its calculations and feedback are only as accurate as the data you provide.

plimo is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The targets, charts, and coach feedback shown in the app are informational only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making major changes to your diet, exercise, medication, or treatment plan, especially if you have an underlying health condition or are pregnant.

plimo's AI feedback is generated automatically from the data you provide and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Treat it as general guidance only. Do not rely on AI output for medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions, and do not share information you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not share your password and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses that result from compromised credentials you did not protect.

You agree not to:

• Use plimo for any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to share, or that belongs to another person without their consent.

plimo is under active development. We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features, screens, or data formats at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

plimo currently does not charge for use. If paid plans, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are introduced in the future, separate payment, refund, and subscription terms will be added to these Terms before those features become available.

plimo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including health outcomes, lost progress, or lost data. Use of plimo is at your own risk.

You may stop using plimo at any time and request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are abandoned for an extended period.

We may update these Terms as plimo evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of plimo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
